The space
▸House layout: House is made of up two 4 BR/3 BA units. There is the potential that upstairs apartment will be rented while guests are staying downstairs.

▸Beds: Apartment has a queen bed in three of the four bedrooms. The remaining bedroom has a bunk bed set up with two single beds. The living room sofa pulls out for an additional sleeping option. Linens available for pull out sofa with advance notice.

▸Bathrooms: The three full bathrooms of the apartment are evening spaced throughout. Each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom.

▸Kitchen: Fully equipped with basic cooking utensils and high end appliances. Kitchen island provides four bar stools for seating.

▸Dining Spaces: The dining table can seat up to 8 people. The kitchen island has an additional four bar stools. Together, the kitchen and dining spaces provide plenty of seating for a group of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)

▸Parking: One off street space available. The driveway is shared with the upstairs apartment who also has one spot reserved. Flexibility in sharing the parking area is required. Depending on the size of the vehicles parked, more than one spot may be available.

HOUSE SETUP: The house has two apartments. This four bedroom apartment is the downstairs apartment, therefore there is the potential that another group will be staying in the upstairs apartment above this apartment.

EXTRA LINENS: Please notify host before check in of any plans to use sofa bed.

NOISE: Due to the urban and downtown location of the houses, city noises (traffic, construction, neighbors, emergency vehicles, etc.) may be heard.

PARKING: The house offers parking behind the house. The parking is shared by the upstairs and downstairs apartment. Each apartment is guaranteed one off street spot. The actual number of vehicles that can be fit is dependent on the vehicle size. Guest flexibility will be required in the event two groups are using the driveway at one time. The parking and driveway may be difficult to maneuver some large trucks, vans and SUVs. Standard and compact size vehicles fit best.

Community fee of 4% is charged to each reservation to pay local sales tax.
