The space
This 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom historic home is a rare find in Downtown Charleston!

Recently remodeled and professionally designed, this duplex has very private bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and inviting furnishings. The two fully equipped kitchens coupled with two dining spaces, make this home perfectly suited for groups. The superior natural lighting, preserved hardwood floors, and open concept floor plan top this house off as one of the best of the best in Downtown Charleston.

When renting the eight bedrooms, the entire house is private and available for guest use. There is an interior staircase that connects the upstairs and downstairs units. When renting the entire house, there is no feeling that apartment is separate units.

✦House Layout - 8 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms: The house is split into two units: 4BR/3BA upstairs and 4BR/3BA downstairs. The layout of both units is identical and has similar furnishings. Common areas (kitchen, dining & living) in both units are spacious and provide ample space for groups to spend time together. Each of the open floor plan common areas can accomodate ~20 people comfortably. An indoor staircase connects the upstairs and downstairs apartments.

✦Dining Space: There is a dining table in each unit. Each dining table seats 8 people. The neighboring kitchen island in both downstairs and upstairs unit has 4 additional seats (bar stools).

✦Beds: Six of the eight bedrooms have queen beds. The remaining two bedrooms offer a bunk bed (each bunk bed has two single beds). The living room sofa provides an extra pull out sofa option.

✦Parking: Four off street parking spaces available at the back of the property. The driveway allows for additional stacked parking should groups need more parking.

Due to the urban and downtown location of the houses, city noises (traffic, construction, neighbors, emergency vehicles, etc.) may be heard.

The house offers parking behind the house. The number of vehicles that can be fit is dependent on the vehicle size. The parking and driveway may be difficult to maneuver some large trucks, vans and SUVs. Standard and compact size vehicles fit best.

Community fee of 4% is charged to each reservation to pay local sales tax.

Situated in the heart of the vibrant Cannonborough and Elliotborough neighborhood! This hip & upcoming neighborhood is home to working professionals, young families, and students. The neighborhood is ever evolving and full of energy, yet positioned adjacent to the upper King St. dining and shopping districts.

✦Locally recognized neighborhood eateries and bars (Bon Banh Mi, Fuel, The Warehouse, Josephines Wine Bar, Chez Nous, Chubby Fish & D'Alesandros Pizza) are all a quick walk away! The house is a straight shot down Spring to King St.
Getting around
City parking & driving can be a challenge. Walking, ubering, riding bikes, and alternative methods of transportation are highly recommended.
