Guest accessEntire accessory house is private and available for guest use. The house is located on the same property as another building containing two apartments. One parking space of the two car driveway is allocated to this property.
Additional notes·House has a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen (microwave, refrigerated/freezer drawers, beverage refrigerator, and portable single-burner cooktop) . Please plan meals accordingly.
·Property is shared with two other apartments.
·Due to the urban and downtown location of the houses, city noises (traffic, construction, neighbors, emergency vehicles, etc.) may be heard.
·Parking and driveway has space for one vehicle. Space may be tight for some large trucks, vans and SUVs. Compact cars and SUVs vehicles fit best.
