The space
Spacious living area with flat screen TVs, large master suite, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Private off street parking available!
Guest access
TVs are all equipped with smart capabilities allowing guests to stream as desired. A Hulu subscription is provided for guests use during their stay (no cable).
Additional notes
There is the potential that guests of different short term rental groups will need to be flexible and share parking dependent on reservation schedules.
Parking and driveway may be tight for some large trucks, vans and SUVs. Compact vehicles fit best.

Due to the urban and downtown location of the houses, city noises (traffic, construction, neighbors, emergency vehicles etc.) may be heard.

Community fee of 4% is charged to each reservation to pay local sales tax.

Please be aware that some listings found outside of the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood may not be permitted to operate as short term rentals. Illegal listings are subject to being closed down forcing cancellation of all reservations. Our neighborhood is the only allowed short term rental area in the city.

Hip & upcoming neighborhood! Home to a mix of working professionals, young families, and students. The neighborhood is ever evolving and full of energy, yet adjacent to the upper King St. dining and shopping districts. Neighborhood eateries and bars just steps away!
Getting around
Walking, ubering, biking, and alternative methods of transportation are recommended as parking & driving can be cubersome downtown. Close proximity (roughly 1 mile) to upper King Street shopping & dining district and majority of downtown sites & attractions!
Short 20 minute drive from Charleston Airport. Rental cars not a necessity if open to walking, biking, and ubering around the downtown area. Airport shuttles and/or ride sharing options are available from third party providers for a reasonable cost.
