The space
Our cluster of three houses allow large groups to have large common spaces to spend time together, but also have their own private space to retreat back to. Two houses (blue and pink) are attached with the third (and largest) house being less than 15ft away.

Four covered, off street parking spaces included (fit compact cars & SUVs best).
Guest access
Spacious living areas with flat screen TVs, master suites, fully equipped kitchens, and great outdoor porches!
TVs are all equipped with smart capabilities allowing guests to stream as desired. A Hulu subscription is provided for guests use during their stay (no cable access).
Additional notes
The trio of three houses sleeps 16 people total in the beds listed (2 per bed). If utilizing air mattresses and sofa beds along with all the beds, (2 people per air mattress and 2 people per sofa bed) the houses can sleep a maximum of 28 people.

Please notify host before check in of any plans to use sofa beds/air mattress.

Due to the urban and downtown location of the houses, city noises (traffic, construction, neighbors, emergency vehicles, etc.) may be heard.

Parking and driveway may be tight for some large trucks, vans and SUVs. Compact vehicles fit best.

Community fee of 4% is charged to each reservation to pay local sales tax.

This is a legal, City of Charleston permitted, short term rental. Please be aware that some listings found outside of the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood may not be permitted to operate as short term rentals. Illegal listings are subject to being closed down forcing cancellation of all reservations. Our neighborhood is the only allowed short term rental area in the city.

Neighborhood overview
Hip & upcoming neighborhood! Home to a mix of working professionals, young families, and students. The neighborhood is ever evolving and full of energy, yet adjacent to the upper King St. dining and shopping districts. Neighborhood eateries and bars just steps away!
Getting around
Walking, ubering, biking, and alternative methods of transportation are recommended as parking & driving can be cumbersome downtown. Close proximity (roughly 1 mile) to upper King Street shopping & dining district and majority of downtown sites & attractions!
Short 20 minute drive from Charleston Airport. Rental cars not a necessity if open to walking, biking, and ubering around the downtown area. Airport shuttles and/or ride sharing options are available from third party providers for a reasonable cost.
